02 / Program overview

The six-week block is written out before you pay for it

Clients receive the document first: the training block, the load progression, the measurement methods, and the review dates. You read it, question it, then decide.

Inside the block

  1. 01Twelve coached sessions across six weeks, two per week at 55 minutes, placed on your fixed weekly grid.
  2. 02Two assessment points: an entry session before week one and a review session in week six, measured the same way.
  3. 03Load progression written in advance, including the rule for adjusting volume when a session is missed.
  4. 04Measurement definitions in the footnote: which lift, which rep range, which tape position, so a number means the same thing twice.
  5. 05Coach contact between sessions, a 24-hour rescheduling window, and pro-rata replacement of unused sessions.

Who it fits

It fits
Two fixed training windows a week, a willingness to be measured, and a goal that can be checked in six weeks rather than six months.
It does not fit
Event peaking, rehabilitation after injury, or anyone who wants a different session every time they walk in.
Section 03 / Weekly scheduleSample block

A written block, hour by hour

Each six-week block is issued with a grid like this one: the day, the clock time, the focus of the session and whether it is coached in studio or logged remotely. The table below is the studio template. Your own grid is set at the assessment and confirmed in writing before payment.

Studio template, weeks 1 to 6
Day Time Focus Format
Monday 07:30 – 08:45 Lower body strength, squat pattern Studio, coached
Tuesday 18:30 – 19:30 Aerobic base, zone 2 Studio, coached
Wednesday 07:30 – 08:30 Upper body push and pull Studio, coached
Thursday No session Recovery walk and mobility Self-directed, logged
Friday 18:30 – 19:45 Full body strength, hinge pattern Studio, coached
Saturday 10:00 – 11:00 Conditioning circuit Studio, four clients
Sunday Rest Sleep, hydration, no training load Not scheduled

03 / Delivery formats

Studio in Kyiv or remote. Same coach, same written block.

The format changes where you train, not what gets written. Both tracks run one six-week block, the same measurement methods, and a 24-hour rescheduling window.

In-studio, Kyiv

Sessions run at the Leonardo business centre on Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street. Coach and client work from the printed block, so every set and load is visible on paper before the first rep.

  • 60 minutes, one client per slot
  • Racks, platforms and sleds on site
  • Load calibration done in the room on day one

Remote, live video

Same coach, same block, joined from wherever you train. Camera position and an equipment check are agreed at the assessment, so the first session does not open with setup.

  • 50 minutes, live, never recorded
  • Dumbbells, bands, a bench or a solid chair
  • Technique reviewed from two angles each block

Equipment and space

Remote clients get a kit list matched to their block, not a generic shopping list. If something is missing, the coach rewrites the session around what you already own before the block starts.

How your coach is assigned

Assignment happens after the assessment: training history, preferred format, and the published load on each coach profile. Twelve active programs per coach keeps that list honest and current.

Format is chosen at the assessment, not before it.

06Next step

The program document is written before you pay for a block.

Book a 45 minute assessment at the Leonardo business centre on Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street. You leave with a written six week block, a weekly grid, and the name of the coach assigned to you, or with a straight answer that this program is not the right fit.
