02 / Method and ledger
We screen, write the program, and hand you the plan before you pay for a six-week block. The ledger below is how progress is recorded.
60 minutes in the Kyiv studio: movement screen, training history, injury notes, and an audit of your real week.
A written plan with sets, loads, weekly schedule, and measurement dates. You review it before any payment is taken.
Each session is logged. At week three and week six we compare baseline, current, and delta, then adjust the next block.
