2. Services
We provide individual and group coaching sessions, coaching programmes and related materials. Essential characteristics, scope, duration and price are shown on the service page before you order.
3. Ordering and price
Prices are stated in UAH and include all applicable taxes; hrconsulthd.com is a single tax payer. Before the distance contract is concluded we provide clear information on our identity, the service, the price, the term, your cancellation rights and the complaint procedure, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
4. Scheduling
Sessions are booked by agreement. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule; missed sessions without notice may be treated as rendered.
5. Payment
Payment is made in advance by the methods shown at checkout. An invoice or receipt is issued after payment.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose that right. Cancellations before a session are refunded less the part already performed.
7. Liability and advertising
Coaching is not medical or psychological treatment. Results depend on your own effort and are not guaranteed. Advertising complies with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
8. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 3994-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17 September 2024 and handle cookies under the Law of Ukraine No. 2657-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@hrconsulthd.com. We reply within 30 days under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and to the courts.
